Pinpointing the Pervasive: Exposomics Analysis of Alzheimer’s Disease
This poster presents a comprehensive exposomics analysis of Alzheimer’s disease, leveraging both targeted and discovery workflows to characterize environmental exposures and their biological impact. By capturing a broad spectrum of exogenous compounds—including pollutants, dietary components, pharmaceuticals, and microbiome-derived metabolites—this work highlights the critical role of the exposome in neurodegenerative disease biology. The results demonstrate how combining targeted quantification with untargeted discovery enables deeper insight into exposure-driven mechanisms, biomarker identification, and patient stratification.
