This poster presents an integrated multi-omic analysis of colorectal cancer models driven by the KRAS mutation. By combining global metabolomics, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and transcriptomics, the study reveals critical metabolic dependencies and pathway-level vulnerabilities associated with altered KRAS activity. The findings highlight modules of dysregulation related to EGFR signaling, phospholipid metabolism, DNA repair, and other key pathways that may be exploited for targeted therapeutic strategies.
