Panome Bio at US HUPO 2024: Advancing the Future of Proteomics Through Collaboration and Multi-Omics Innovation

March 9. 2024

Panome Bio was excited to return to US HUPO 2024 in Portland, OR for our second year as an exhibitor at one of the premier conferences in the proteomics community. This year’s meeting brought together leading researchers, technologists, and industry partners pushing the boundaries of biological discovery—and we were proud to be part of it.

A standout of the week was Dr. Ethan Stancliffe’s participation in two featured presentations, highlighting the power of Panome Bio’s integrated, multi-omic approach:

  • “Complementing Mass Spec analysis with ultra-sensitive biomarker detection using the NULISA platform”

    Sponsored by Alamar Biosciences

In this talk, Dr. Stancliffe explored how combining traditional mass spectrometry-based proteomics with ultra-sensitive detection technologies like NULISA can enhance the discovery and validation of low-abundance biomarkers—opening new doors in clinical and translational research.

  • “Enhancing Biological Discovery Through Integrated Multi-omics With Seer and Next-Generation Metabolomics”

Sponsored by Seer, Inc.

This session showcased the synergistic potential of pairing Seer’s proteogenomics platform with Panome Bio’s Next-Generation Metabolomics technology. Together, they enable a richer, systems-level view of biology, empowering researchers to uncover novel disease mechanisms and actionable targets.

Throughout the conference, our team had the opportunity to connect with scientists from across academia and industry, sharing how Panome Bio’s untargeted and targeted metabolomics platforms are being used to unlock new insights in cancer biology, immunology, neurodegeneration, and beyond.

As multi-omic strategies continue to gain momentum, we’re excited to be at the forefront of this transformation—helping researchers bring together proteomics, metabolomics, and other data layers to achieve deeper, more meaningful biological discovery.

Thanks to everyone who visited our booth, joined our sessions, or stopped by to say hello. See you at US HUPO 2025!
