Setting a New Standard for Discovery Research

Panome Bio Study Director, Dr. Adam Richardson, presented at The Good Food Institute’s February 2025 Cultivated Meat Collaborative Seminar. Dr. Richardson presented a case study and detailed how a successful metabolomics experiment allows researchers to make informed decisions on their biological system of study. In cultured meat production, those decisions might include adjusting nutrient composition in growth media, optimizing fed-batch strategies, altering bioreactor conditions, among others.
