Panome Bio Returns to EACR Congress: Highlighting Integrated Omics in Cancer Research
Panome Bio was proud to exhibit for the second consecutive year at the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) Congress 2025, held in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portugal. The congress brought together a global community of cancer researchers focused on advancing understanding of cancer biology and accelerating therapeutic development—making it the ideal setting for showcasing Panome Bio’s multi-omic technologies.
Poster Spotlight: Phosphoproteomics Meets Metabolism in Colorectal Cancer
A major highlight of Panome Bio’s presence at EACR 2025 was the poster presentation from our Director of R&D, Dr. Ethan Stancliffe:

Unbiased Phosphoproteomic and Metabolic Profiling in WT and KRAS Mutant Colorectal Cancer Cells
Presented by: Ethan Stancliffe, PhD
This study combined untargeted metabolomics and phosphoproteomics to explore how KRAS mutations alter signaling and metabolism in colorectal cancer cells. The integrated analysis revealed functional connections between key phospho-signaling events and downstream metabolic rewiring—underscoring the power of Panome Bio’s multi-omic platform to uncover complex biological relationships that may guide new therapeutic strategies.
The poster sparked engaging discussions with cancer researchers across Europe who are increasingly looking to integrate -omic layers into their research for more comprehensive phenotypic insight.
Supporting Cancer Research with Advanced Omics
At our booth, the Panome Bio team engaged with scientists working across oncology, immunotherapy, and systems biology to explore how our services—spanning next-generation metabolomics, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and now RNA-seq transcriptomics—can accelerate biomarker discovery, drug target validation, and mechanistic studies.
Researchers were particularly interested in how Panome Bio’s integrated data pipelines simplify complex multi-omic studies, while maintaining scientific rigor and reproducibility.
Growing Collaborations Across Europe
As our presence in Europe continues to expand, Panome Bio is excited to support academic and industry partners with fit-for-purpose omics solutions that drive translational outcomes. Events like EACR are essential for building scientific community—and we’re honored to be part of it.
A big thank you to the EACR organizers and all the attendees who visited our booth. We look forward to continuing conversations, collaborations, and discoveries in the months ahead.
